OUR PRIVACY POLICY

We want you to have a great experience with Allergy Partners, and we are committed to protecting your personal information when you shop or interact with us.  In order to provide you with the services or information you request, process your order or send a catalog, we will require certain personal information. This Privacy Policy details how we collect or use your personal information as well as the security precautions we take to protect this data.

Collecting Your Information:

We collect your information through various interactions, which can include (but is not limited to) placing an order, requesting a catalog, creating a registered account or signing up for our email newsletter. The information that we collect can include your name, billing or shipping address, telephone number, email address, transaction information and credit card details.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.  Our site is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years or older.

Collecting Referring Physician Data:

We distribute free materials to physician offices nationwide. Physicians or office staff give our materials to patients as a helpful resource for education on allergies and to provide an option for selecting effective allergy relief products. If you share your referring physician information with Allergy Partners, it helps us to further understand the needs of the office and how many of our brochures they need.  When your referring physician is noted, their name is included on your order confirmation.

Protecting Your Information:

It is our intent to protect your personal information and to guard against its loss or misuse. We use a variety of current technologies and processes to keep your data secure.

Our Site includes physical, electronic and administrative processes to safeguard your information. Orders placed or entered through our site are taken with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect your financial information.  All information taken for the purposes of processing your order will be stored in our secure database.

Upon your request, we will update or correct your personal information, and we can provide a written history of purchases.  We request that you call our customer service team for this information so that we may validate your identity before making any changes or providing transactional details. We urge you to never email your credit card information for any reason, as email transmission does not provide the necessary security layers to protect this sensitive data.

While we use safeguards to protect your information, no company can offer 100% complete security. We undergo industry-standard precautions to provide you with our best and most reasonable assurance of security.

Making Communication Choices with Allergy Partners:

You have the ability to choose the type of communications that you receive from Allergy Partners.

If you prefer not to receive catalogs from Allergy Partners, you may contact us via mail or email to be removed from our mailing list. Please include your exact name and address in order to update your account with this necessary information. Our mailings are planned in advance, and as a result, it may take at least several weeks to 2 months for your request to become effective. If an error occurs and you receive an unwanted catalog, please contact us again and we will make every effort to correct the situation.

When you provide your email address, we will use it to communicate order related information or to provide customer service by responding to your questions. It is our intent to send these promotional emails only to people who wish to receive them. If you choose not to receive the emails, you may opt out at any time. We work closely with these service providers to ensure that your privacy is protected.

This information does not personally identify you or any of our customers.  Data may be generic to our business such as the number of visitors to our website.  Our site may also use Cookies, pixel tags or other tracking mechanisms that may help to enhance your shopping experience or help us serve you better. These helpful tools are typical of many websites and do not capture personally identifiable information.
